SCOTT’S T42 DEPACKAGER TURBO SEPARATOR
ACI’s model T42 depackaging system for pre-consumer food waste streams. It has the ability to process from 10-30 ton per hour depending on the products. The horizontal shaft has 56 flat paddles that work together to split, separate, and convey.
The organics are collected and conveyed or a holding container. The inorganics are also collected and conveyed to a roll off container or to be baled.
The system can process and separate:
- Cased products you hold in two hands/up to 5-gallon pails
- Pallets of wet or dry cased goods
- Large plastic of kraft paper bags of petfood, salt, bakery
- All forms of packaging (except glass…smashes it to smithereens)
ACI is capable of processing pre-consumer food waste and some restaurant and grocery waste. Our depackager is capable of processing up to 1067mm processing diameter which allows us to process large, 55 gallon [208L] plastic bags; double walled boxes; and more
AMERICAN BALER AUTO-TIE HORIZONTAL BALING MACHINE
ACI’S SINGLE RAM HORIZONTAL BALER is set-up to flattened cartons with wide mouth feed openings. This makes the American Baler ideal for cardboard baling applications. This is ideal for ZWTL (zero waste to landfill) customers. The bales produced are ideal for loading on dry van trailers for hauling to your nearest WTE(waste to energy) facility.
AIR BURNER S220E
ACI’s permitted AIR BURNER S220E is a self-contained, completely assembled above ground Air Curtain Burner (air curtain incinerator or FireBox) with a refractory lined burn-container for portable and permanent (stationary) applications. Designed for the high temperature burning of lumber, wood, pallets, forest slash, land clearing debris, green waste, storm debris, and other waste streams in compliance with the requirements of US EPA 40CFR60.
